Periodicals and References

there are two things in life Periodicals and References, Periodicals come out every so often and References are something great, that no matter how far you look ahead it will always be “referenced” 

I feel the same way about music ..Periodicals and References 

Miles Davis, Hendrix and Stevie Ray Vaughan ..are references

Lil Wayne, Pink, Bruno Mars, Katy Perry ….are periodicals ..not saying they aren’t great and fabulous but I don’t think people will look back 20 years and be like “You should play guitar like katy perry did” or any  of them 

With that said I wouldn’t ever cover a Periodical…whats the point?

A recent picture of me, Maybe not…but it works I feel like John Mayer …In the sense that we haven’t talked in a while… Here is whats new with me -It’s christmas, Lots of work going in and out of the studio  - I honestly have no plans of releasing music soon, however I feel the best place to release new tunes is LIVE! I am thinking about booking a few gigs at Baba Budans but then again I don’t want to play gigs I just want to play a few songs (2-3) that brings up “Where the hell were you” at Baba Budans Open Mic, I will be there soon, stay tuned - I hate covers, Unless its by John Mayer Jimi Hendrix or SRV I feel what the hell is the point…(post coming about that in the future, hella interesting I started it a while back and I need to finish it for the gear freaks, My Rig, Revealed!
